📄 STELLENBESCHREIBUNG
  • Als Key Account Manager, reportest du direkt an den/die Business Manager/in, bist für das tägliche Management der Marken unseres spannenden Portfolios verantwortlich und sorgst für die Vermittlung und den Abschluss der Angebote (Analyse, stetige Verbesserungen und Planning) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Umsatzziel und der erwarteten Nähe zu den Marken deiner Kategorie.
  • Du trägst auch zum Wachstum der Kategorien bei, indem du die Geschäftsentwicklung vorantreibst, die darauf abzielt, die Anzahl unserer Partner-Brands und Verkäufe zu erhöhen (Akquise, Pitching, Verkauf und Verhandlung bis zum Abschluss der Geschäfte).


🎯 TASKS
  • Ständige Ermittlung renommierter und bedeutsamer Marken und Lieferanten - Entwurf von Projekten, Suche nach Restkontingenten, Entwicklung von individuellen Lösungen
  • Identifikation und Akquise neuer strategischer Geschäftspartner
  • Ausbau und Pflege bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Gestaltung und Verhandlung der Angebote sowie Verträge
  • Aktive Vermarktung des Unternehmenskonzeptes und seiner Vorteile zum Ausbau der strategischen
  • Kontinuierliche Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Aufspüren neuer Trends, aktueller Marktentwicklungen sowie einzigartiger Opportunitäten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den europäischen Kollegen
  • Enge cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit benachbarten Abteilungen wie Planung und Marketing, Logistik und Qualitätswesen sowie den Vertriebs-Kollegen in den anderen europäischen Märkten


👉 MUST HAVE skills
  • Ein gut bis sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine fundierte Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb/Einkauf
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Spaß am Aufbau neuer Kontakte und Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Wissen um Bedürfnisse der Endkunden und Gespür für aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation & Ehrgeiz
