  • Au sein de la Business unit, et sous la responsabilitĂ© du Responsable d’équipe commerciale DIY, le/la Responsable Grands Comptes a pour mission principale de dĂ©velopper un portefeuille de Marques partenaires dans le(s) secteur(s) dont il a la responsabilitĂ©, d’organiser les ventes Ă©vĂšnementielles sur nos sites.
  • Interlocuteur privilĂ©giĂ© des Marques partenaires, le/la Responsable Grands Comptes garantit la qualitĂ© de la relation commerciale ainsi que la bonne rĂ©alisation ainsi que l’optimisation des objectifs de performance (chiffre d’affaires, marge, discount
) qui lui sont attribuĂ©s.


🎯 MISSIONS
  • DĂ©veloppement Business : Prospection et dĂ©veloppement de comptes

  • DĂ©velopper et fidĂ©liser un portefeuille de marques stratĂ©giques en toute autonomie, afin d’optimiser la performance et maximiser revenus et profitabilitĂ©
  • Mettre en place une cartographie des contacts par marques et maintenir Ă  jour le CRM (contact mapping)
  • Garantir une relation fournisseur qualitative, stable et pĂ©renne 
  • Assurer la prĂ©sentation de notre proposition de valeur auprĂšs des Marques partenaires afin de proposer le(s) service(s) le(s) plus adaptĂ©(s) aux besoins (Flash Sales, Brandsplace, MĂ©dia, Inshop, Re-cycle
) ;
  • NĂ©gocier l’offre commerciale dans le respect de nos exigences internes (mix produits, marge, discount, notoriĂ©tĂ©, qualitĂ© et quantitĂ© du stock, contrat) 

  • Planification et rĂ©alisation des plans

  • Mettre en place une projection stratĂ©gique sur le compte (prĂ©paration de  workshops avec la marque, business plan, coordination cross-fonctionnelle dans le cadre de construction de plans de dĂ©veloppement business)
  • Assurer une planification annuelle des comptes et des prospects et leur suivi dans les outils
  • S’assurer de la bonne coordination des mĂ©tiers (Content Management, Marketing, Category Management, Planning, Juridique...) intervenants sur la production des ventes des marques partenaires  afin de leur proposer un service de qualitĂ© ainsi qu’une expĂ©rience optimale aux membres
  • Analyser et partager les performances des ventes en interne et avec les marques partenaires et identifier des axes d’amĂ©lioration des performances Ă  mettre en place sur les Ă©vĂšnements suivants 

  • Coordination EuropĂ©enne

  • Garantir la coordination europĂ©enne de ces comptes ; en interne et en externe

  • Connaissance sectorielle

  • ConnaĂźtre parfaitement son marchĂ© (nouveaux acteurs, tendances produits et mĂ©thodes de travail)
  • Participer aux salons professionnels et Ă©vĂšnements du pĂ©rimĂštre confiĂ©.
  • Mettre en place une veille concurrentielle afin de comprendre la stratĂ©gie digitale du partenaire et ajuster les propositions Veepee


👉 PRÉ REQUIS
  • De formation supĂ©rieure de type École de Commerce, vous justifiez d'une expĂ©rience professionnelle confirmĂ©e d'au moins 5 ans en tant qu'acheteur ou Key Account Manager.
  • Vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel et d’un bon niveau de discours, vous aimez nĂ©gocier et prospecter de nouveaux clients.
  • Vous ĂȘtes passionnĂ©(e), orientĂ©(e) rĂ©sultats mais Ă©galement clients et marques, vous savez ĂȘtre innovant(e) et crĂ©atif(ve) dans votre approche commerciale.
  • Vous justifiez d’un bon niveau d’anglais, d'une bonne capacitĂ© d'Ă©coute et avez le sens du service clients.
  • Votre capacitĂ© d'adaptation, votre dynamisme et votre goĂ»t pour le challenge vous aideront Ă  vous Ă©panouir au sein de notre structure stimulante et ambitieuse !
