As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Vibrant ABA, you will be responsible for providing individualized, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll work closely under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement therapy programs, maintain professional relationships with families, collect data during sessions, and continuously adapt to meet the unique needs of each client.
