This enables marketers and content owners to holistically plan, transact, and measure deduplicated audiences across digital video, OTT, connected and linear TV advertising.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Location: NYC or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)


We are looking for a VP, Client Business Partner who will be responsible for growing, fostering, and optimizing our Agency HoldCo go to market strategy. You are passionate about all things data and tech, and have extensive knowledge of the advertising technology space. You are accomplished in the areas of business, sales, and advertising and you are ready to support the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. 

  • Drive significant y/y revenue growth by creating and executing go to market strategies for VideoAmp's currency and measurement business aligning to such HoldCos as IPG, Horizon and Dentsu.
  • Build a bottoms up plan to drive incremental revenue from existing accounts and new client expansion while protecting against churn and investment retraction. 
  • Develop and inspire an elite team of consultative sales professionals that are accountable to practicing established sales fundamentals and ensuring CRM accurately depicts this activity.  
  • Lead with an optimistic client first strategy that delivers solutions not just products and actionable insights to drive outcomes.
  • Own and cultivate senior level relationships at agencies to not only support your team’s tactical work but to secure long-term strategic business.
  • Ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience at every company touchpoint - from first engagement to post campaign reporting.
  • Forecast and report on key weekly sales team KPIs and be dependable to achieve quarterly results.  
  • Work collaboratively within the Revenue department, partnering with Client Success and other key partners including strategy, product  and legal. 
  • Be highly visible in-market as a thought leader to increase awareness of VideoAmp’s capabilities and understanding of what we do.
  • Cultivate a team culture that is congenial, empathetic, full of passion for their work, with an insatiable will to win.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 13+ years of sales functional experience 
  • 10+ years of people management experience
  • 7+ years - Ad-tech, TV, OTT, Digital AND/OR Linear experience 
  • Strong reputation and experience with ad tech and SaaS 
  • Powerful network of Agency relationships  
  • College degree in the area of Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Engineering preferred 

 

What We Offer

This position pays between $180,000.00 - $209,000 + 100% Commission Target + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
