Position Summary
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for facilitating live virtual training sessions, webinars and implementing Professional Services solutions for new and existing Virtuous clients. This role may include occasional travel and facilitation of live, in-person training sessions. Additionally, as an internal product expert, Solutions Consultants will provide support to internal teams and collaborate with other subject matter experts as needed.
Responsibilities
You will be a Virtuous expert. Thoroughly understand all the features of our Virtuous suite of products and effectively convey complex information to both customers and internal staff.
Collaborate with Virtuous customers to design and implement solutions that elevate legacy business processes.
Scope, define, manage and deliver custom services, including setting up integrations, developing scripts and automations, facilitating QA/UAT, and deliver end-to-end projects/solutions.
Manage custom services projects from kickoff through delivery, including documenting technical process and visual workflows for solution(s) delivered.
Deliver training and webinar sessions on key functions, applications, and best practices for multiple Virtuous products with clarity and quality, and reach 80% utilization between training and other professional services.
Create, modify, and optimize training materials, including training guides, and assist with curriculum development.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally with Sales, CX and Product/Dev teams to drive product enhancements and standardize solutions.
Drive efficiency for the Professional Services team through reusable processes and frameworks.
You Must Have
Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms is required
Knowledge of and/or experience working with nonprofits is preferred
A desire to quickly learn about fundraising best-practices
2-3 years SaaS experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, education, training, consulting, or related field
1-3 years experience working in Project Management, Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success Management, Product Training, or Account Management
Experience teaching or conducting technical training in classrooms, webinars, or a customer-facing role to a potentially non-technical audience
An understanding of adult learning theory and concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible start-up environment
Self-motivated, always looking to improve and learn
Clear and articulate communication skills
Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual.
The ability to prioritize time and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have
An understanding of the nonprofit sector and the needs of nonprofit organizations across multiple verticals.
Experience in a consultative role
Experience with Zendesk, Camtasia, Zoom Webinar, Hubspot, Miro, Genial.ly, Canva, and/or Chameleon
Experience with nonprofit CRMs, fundraising and event software, integrations and APIs, querying and reporting, as well as nonprofit best practices
Comfortable with data and spreadsheets
Comfortable with BI tooling
Baseline knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
