About North America Product & Solutions
We are looking for a Design Lead, who is passionate about using design to drive successful product incubations and launches in North America. In this role, you'll be a core member of our regional Solution Design team, working alongside a team of product managers and researchers to bring new and early-stage products to life the North America market.
Your design expertise will help inform key decisions throughout the product development process, ensuring that Visa is designing products that users want. This role will work across key strategic product lines within Visa such as digital, e-commerce, risk and identity, BNPL, and more.

Your design expertise will guide crucial decisions during the product development process, ensuring that Visa crafts solutions that truly resonate with users. You will be instrumental in transforming complex business requirements into user-friendly designs, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using the latest design tools. Collaborating closely with our research team, you’ll dive into user research and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts. As a part of your role, you'll engage with cross-functional teams including legal, strategy, and client-facing staff, making you an essential link in the design chain. Keeping abreast of design trends and emerging technologies, you’ll not only lead design efforts but also champion the importance of design within the North America Product organization. You will even have the opportunity to present your designs to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
