OverviewOtter Products is looking for a Jr. Video Editor to join our incredible internal creative team! This role will be based in Fort Collins, CO and work a hybrid schedule.As the Junior Video Editor, you will assist with the creation of high-quality video content that aligns with the OtterBox brand and vision. Your role will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to help edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products. As the Jr. Video Editor, you will contribute to the overall team effort, following established processes and brand guidelines to create and revise video content aligned with the greater body of internal and external marketing materials, ensuring efficient, high-quality work on tight deadlines.About Otter ProductsOtter Products, we grow to give. We measure our success by our ability to give back to our communities and strengthen opportunities for all.For more information visit otterproducts.comResponsibilities• Assist in editing raw video footage into cohesive and compelling videos for various platforms, including social media, web, internal hype, and promotional materials.• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand strategy and project goals and develop a clear vision for final product.• Support enhancing video quality through color correction, audio, and visual effects.• Assist in incorporating motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.• Assist with managing and organizing digital assets, including footage, audio, and graphics.• Assist in the completion of assignments to meet rigorous deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.• Stay up to date on best practices, trends and techniques implement as appropriate.• Contribute to a positive culture and team environment.• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.• Other duties as assignedQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, multimedia, or a related field. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.• Hands on video editing experience, including some in-house or agency experience is preferred.• Basic understanding of video production and post-production processes required.• Experience using video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro required.• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite -Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator is required.• Portfolio and samples required.EEOOtter Products, LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
