We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the vision and execution of our Vivun product suite, including our agent offering, the world’s first AI Sales Engineer. This role will focus heavily on user research – helping us deeply understand our users’ needs and shape empathetic experiences that harness the power of AI in intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful ways. You’ll partner closely with our executive team, Product Managers, Engineers, and AI experts to go from idea to fully scaled deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead User Research & Discovery: Plan and conduct user research to validate hypotheses, uncover new insights, and ensure product decisions align with real-world needs.
  • Shape Our Design Vision: Define and refine the design strategy, principles, and systems that guide our agentic product line across web and mobile.
  • Create High-Fidelity Experiences: Drive the entire design process—from sketches and wireframes to polished interfaces and rapid prototypes that showcase AI capabilities.

  • Ship & Iterate Quickly: In a fast-paced environment, balance speed and quality—delivering high-impact solutions without sacrificing good design principles.

Desired Skills and Experiences
  • 8+ Years in Product Design: A track record designing enterprise/B2B SaaS, AI-centric products, or complex workflows is required.
  • Proven Leadership: Prior experience leading or coaching design teams.
  • Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms.
  • User Research Expertise: Hands-on experience with interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design requirements.
  • Technical Prototyping Skills: Ability to rapidly prototype in code (HTML/CSS/JS) or other tools to communicate concepts and validate ideas.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to present design decisions clearly, collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, and can influence without direct authority.
  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in iterative sprints, prioritizing tasks, and juggling multiple projects at once.

You Are
  • Aligned to Our Values: Ownership. Empathy. We, not me. Transparency. Be different.
  • Passionate About AI: You’re excited by emerging technologies and seek opportunities to push the boundaries of what’s possible with agentic experiences.
  • User-Obsessed: You believe great products start with deep user insight. You’re energized by talking to users, uncovering pain points, and translating those into remarkable design solutions.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: High-growth startups move fast. You excel at clarifying direction amidst shifting priorities and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Collaborative and Communicative: You value teaching as much as learning, and you articulate design rationale effectively across the organization. You listen closely to feedback and use it to inform better outcomes.
