Job Summary of Client Relationship Associate:The Consumer, Small & Business Banking division of Wells Fargo is in search of an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to supplement their National Branch Network team. This position requires the candidate to use proactive communication to develop connections with customers and propose appropriate financial products, services, and digital solutions to promote customer financial well-being.Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Relationship Associate:• Provide an exceptional customer experience by actively reaching out and creating bonds with clients• Attend to the needs of customers related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications in a helpful manner• By understanding customers' banking needs, the bank can offer them personalized recommendations, such as savings accounts with better interest rates, credit cards with lower interest rates, or loans with flexible repayment options• Displaying genuine interest in the needs and concerns of your customers is critical to building a strong and lasting connection• When it comes to managing a business, banks have a variety of products and services to meet both large and small business needs. Some of the most common business banking products include commercial loans, business lines of credit, and cash management solutions. Additionally, many banks also offer specialized accounts, such as merchant services and payroll processing• Transmit clients' monetary requisites to other reputable associates and partners when necessary• Follow the instructions given by managers while exercising your own discretion according to predefined policies and protocols• Performing the duties attached to the SAFE position, which involves communicating with customers about dwelling-focused deals and accepting applications, requires compliance with the S.A.F.E.
