We also craft world-class experiences that enable our merchants, suppliers, sellers and 2.1 million in-store associates to deliver great value to our customers on a daily basis.This opportunity is in Bentonville, Arkansas where we are expanding our awesome design community in our new, state-of-the-art campus.As a Senior UX Designer, you will help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage collective creativity. You’ll focus on growing your strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team.
