Junior Graphic Designer (Remote)

Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 33 per hourWe are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in MarQ/Lucid Press to join our university client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our template library, ensuring that it aligns with the university’s branding standards. You will also be responsible for redesigning templates as needed, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing output across all university materials.Responsibilities:• Administer and maintain the MarQ/Lucid Press template library, ensuring templates are up-to-date and organized.• Redesign existing templates to improve visual appeal and functionality, while adhering to university branding guidelines.• Collaborate with various departments to understand their design needs and translate them into effective templates.• Create designs in Adobe InDesign and efficiently transfer them into MarQ/Lucid Press as needed.• Design directly within MarQ/Lucid Press for quick turnaround projects.• Ensure all design work maintains high standards of accuracy, quality, and creativity.Qualifications:• Experience level: Experienced• Minimum 4 years of experience• Proven experience working with MarQ/Lucid Press, particularly in an administrative or template management capacity.• Previous design experience within a university setting is highly desirable.• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign with the ability to seamlessly transfer designs to MarQ/Lucid Press.• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.JOBID: 1061317Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
