The successful candidate will assist in capturing high-quality photographs for various projects and initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, product photography, and editorial content. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in photography. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a collaborative mindset.Location: Carlisle Barracks PennsylvaniaRequired Clearance: SecretRequired Education : HSD or GEDRequired Experience : Two+ (2+) years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:•Capturing high-quality images, studio headshots, event photography, photo editing, and printing.•Set up and adjust camera equipment, lighting, and props to achieve desired compositions and visual effects.•Ensure that images meet established quality standards, including composition, exposure, focus, and color accuracy.•Assist in editing and retouching photographs using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.•Crop, resize, and optimize images for use across various digital and print platforms.•Assist in maintaining photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.•Organize and maintain the photography studio and props to ensure a clean, functional, and professional work environment.Requirements:•Collaborate with team members to ensure that photography assets are properly tagged, categorized, and archived.•Create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations to enhance website visual appeal and branding.•Select and edit high-quality images and multimedia content for use on web pages.•Demonstrated passion for photography and a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically proficient work.•Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including camera settings, lighting, and composition.•Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications : Assoc or Art degree preferred (not required)About PingWindPingWind is focused on delivering outstanding services to the federal government.
