Position Overview:
As a Senior Art Director on the Home team, reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead creative concepts and the execution of home-focused campaigns and initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping visual storytelling for Walmart’s home category, contributing fresh, insight-driven ideas for photo and video shoots, as well as overseeing post-production design elements. This role blends high-level creative vision with hands-on execution, requiring you to balance innovative concepts with strong attention to detail.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
