Job Description Experienced Sales Representative / Account Executive Our 34-year-old non-profit Dallas publishing company needs an experienced print & digital advertising sales enthusiast who loves talking with people and solving their problems. If you’re good at developing sincere professional connections, understanding client needs, and then closing a sale, you could be our next Account Executive. You need to be motivated by money because your earnings aren't limited. We offer a base and generous commissions — you are paid commensurate with your success. But even more important, you need to be motivated by helping other business owners — that's essential to your success and career growth, as well as ours.We’ll do our best to help you master your job. We’ll equip you with sales tools and teach you how to target each client and audience. We'll help develop your skills and prepare you for your next challenge.Your Responsibilities:• Work on managing and building digital sales. You will sell print ads, too.• Develop and execute clients' programmatic advertising programs.• Consult, develop, and present client-specific marketing plans.• Work on digital product development for target audiences.• Meeting with current and potential clients to generate new ad revenue.• Generate new leads and develop new business partnerships.• Achieve and beat monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Requirements:• You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field a plus• You have a proven track record of successful sales, preferably in digital and social media• You know how to use Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook.
