As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop your own team of sales consultants, driving their success while achieving team goals. If you’re passionate about cultivating talent, tracking results, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. Plus, enjoy a 4-day work week for our sales team!


Compensation: Average earning potential of $100,000 per year, with additional incentive opportunities that can bring total earnings up to $130,000 annually.


How does our Sales Manager Drive Impact?
  • Our Sales Manager will be someone who wants to manage the everyday operations of the store, along with developing their staff with continuous mentorship, training and development. Some of the responsibilities would include:
  • Manage the efforts of vehicle salespeople to enhance the customer satisfaction rating of the dealership and exceed the minimum standard for the Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.


We're Looking For:
  • Leadership and development experience in automotive sales (1 year minimum as an Automotive Sales Manager required)
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy while having the ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
  • This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
