Description du poste

Aux côtés d'un Senior Account Manager, votre rôle sera de développer et de transformer le positionnement du cabinet auprès d'un grand compte. Vous serez au cœur du développement commercial de cette practice tout en étant en mesure de promouvoir l'ensemble des offres du cabinet auprès d'interlocuteurs de haut niveau (Direction Marketing, DSI, Direction de l'innovation, DRH, etc.) 

En étroite collaboration avec les Partners et Senior Managers du cabinet, vous serez amené.e à réaliser les missions suivantes : 

1/ Développement commercial & relation client 

  • Gérer et entretenir la relation client dans une logique de partenariat sur le long terme : 
  • En autonomie, prospecter de nouveaux donneurs d'ordres sur votre compte ; 
  • Organiser et mener des rendez-vous client en binôme avec les équipes conseil afin de présenter le cabinet et ses expertises et d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités business ; 
  • Être garant de la satisfaction client et de la mise en place de plans d’actions éventuels, dans le but de créer une relation solide et durable avec vos clients.  

 

2/ Ventes complexes 

  • Piloter en mode projet le cycle d'avant-vente de nos prestations de conseil, dans un souci constant de différenciation : qualification des besoins du client, élaboration de la stratégie de réponse, rédaction de l'offre commerciale, présentation au client ; 
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des managers et consultants qui contribuent aux réponses aux appels d'offres ; 
  • Négocier l'offre commerciale auprès des Directions Achats de nos clients et sécuriser la vente.  

 

3/ Stratégie de compte 

  • Analyser le potentiel de l'environnement client et cibler les périmètres prioritaires sur lesquels investir commercialement ; 
  • Définir et piloter les plans d'actions commerciaux pour développer notre positionnement sur un compte donné. 

Qualifications

Motivé·e pour apprendre et diplômé·e d'une grande école d'ingénieurs, de management ou d'une grande université, vous êtes attiré·e par le business development et possédez une forte appétence pour le secteur du conseil.
