This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 20-30 LPA)

Min Experience: 5 years

Location: Remote (India)

JobType: full-time

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing strategic insight throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, engaging with key decision-makers, and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a results-driven mindset, deep consultative selling expertise, and a strong passion for building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, inbound lead follow-ups, and strategic networking.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client pain points and tailor solutions to match their business goals.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align on client requirements and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and evolving client needs to maintain a consultative edge.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain data hygiene in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, tech, or digital service environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales approaches, and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, target-driven environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience selling to CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
