This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

This is a strategic role focused on building and scaling a network of freelancers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment. You will lead initiatives to attract top-tier talent, experiment with innovative approaches, and implement scalable strategies to drive ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute diverse strategies to attract and onboard freelancers and contractors across multiple categories.
  • Formulate and assess hypotheses for sourcing high-quality leads through both traditional and innovative methods.
  • Scale successful experiments into large-scale initiatives, ensuring they become a core part of the growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Educational background from top-tier institutions (IIT/IIM preferred).
  • 2+ years of management consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of startup experience in growth, marketing, or partnerships.
  • Leadership experience in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable solving early-stage startup challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in growth roles with a focus on freelance, contractor, or vendor networks is a plus.
