Als Installations Operations Team Lead  (all genders) verantwortest du gemeinsam mit deinem Team eigenständig die europaweite Montage und Instandsetzung unserer Parkraum-Systeme. In deinen Verantwortungsbereich fallen insbesondere die Entwicklung der ganzheitlichen Department-Prozesse, der Aufbau des Qualitätsmanagements, sowie die Planung der europaweiten Montage-Touren. Neben dem Team-Ausbau gestaltest du die strategische Ausrichtung der Abteilung mit, führst neue Prozesse ein und stellst kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung sicher.

  • Teamführung & Aufbau: Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines Teams.

  • Strategische Ausrichtung: Du trägst zur Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Strategie bei, um langfristig die Montage-Ressourcen und -Qualität sicherzustellen.

  • Prozessaufbau und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung: Du analysierst eigenständig und ganzheitlich unsere Montageprozesse für die internen und externen Montageteams und führst bei Bedarf neue Prozesse ein.

  • Qualitätsmanagement: Du bist eigenständig für die Entwicklung und Einführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen für die fachgerechte Montage unserer Parkraumsysteme verantwortlich, um die Ziele hinsichtlich Montagequalität und „Zero-Nacharbeit“ sicherzustellen.

  • Tourenplanung: Dein Team ist für die Allokation der verfügbaren Montage-Ressourcen und die europaweite Tourenplanung verantwortlich.

  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du koordinierst die Abteilungsprozesse mit unternehmensweiten Schnittstellen, wie z. B. dem Project Management und Supply Chain Management.

  • Reporting: Du berichtest an den Department Head und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Wemolo-Teams zusammen.
