Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse responsibilities across sales, client engagement, documentation, and marketing support. Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities (70% of the Role): Sales & Client Engagement

  • Initiate cold calls to engage prospects and schedule product/service demonstrations.
  • Manage follow-ups to nurture customer relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and successfully achieve sales targets.
  • Lead customer interactions, address inquiries, and resolve challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Prepare and manage business documentation, including proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
  • Track and report project performance and key metrics to ensure transparency.
  • Create sales-related materials using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Secondary Responsibilities (30% of the Role): Marketing Support

  • Enhance the company’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Create engaging visual content using Canva or similar tools.
  • Execute paid digital campaigns (experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist with email marketing and outreach strategies to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
