WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join our team at Parkside Landing, a 236-unit tax credit and conventional community located in Rockville, MD.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Additionally, please note that the pay range for this position is $70,000 to $08,000 annually, depending on experience.
