WinnCompanies is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to join our team in Upstate New York.
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the properties in their respective region as well as serving as the point person for all the maintenance personnel. You will stay up to date with the required financial controls and regulatory requirements.
This opportunity offer a pay range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience with a potential 10% performance-based annual bonus.
