About the Role


We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to bring our marketing automation program to life, creating journeys and campaigns that our customers love. You will play a pivotal role in refining and expanding our current strategy, with a focus on driving customer retention and lifetime value across both our B2C and B2B offerings.


As a core member of the Marketing & Growth team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver a game-changing customer experience that delights and drives action. You take ownership and know how to harness the power of marketing automation to get the right message, in the right channel, to the right customer at the right time. 


This is a role where you will be living and breathing marketing automation (we use Braze), crafting and delivering campaigns end to end across all Wisr products.


What you’ll do:


• Manage the delivery of our marketing automation program and execute campaigns from end-to-end, including planning, targeting, rollout, and optimization – Braze and Stripo are our platforms of choice

• Design engaging and innovative journeys across the customer lifecycle

• Build multi-channel trigger-based campaigns (email/SMS/push/in-app/website)

• Analyse campaign performance, share insights, and confidently make recommendations for future activities by utilising Amplitude and GA.

• Identify and proactively recommend improvements to processes and Ways of Working to achieve better outcomes for Wisr and our customers

• Develop customer segmentation strategies and collaborate with stakeholders for aligned execution

• Use data analytics to enhance customer communications

• Apply a test-and-learn approach for all activity


About you


You are a passionate marketing professional, with a keen interest in crafting innovative end to end campaigns for B2C and B2B via marketing automation. You love seeing the impact you make and understand the importance of a cleverly designed and executed campaign. 


You’ll also have:


• At least 2 years of CRM and data-driven marketing experience (client or agency side, B2B and/or B2B2C experience a strong advantage)

• Hands-on experience using an enterprise-level marketing automation platform (ie. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.)

• Experience building emails using modular templates

• Knowledge of HTML and Liquid

• A proven track record in making things happen and delivering results

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Passion for understanding the customer and finding ways to improve their experience, learning from both first-party data and broader market trends

• A willingness to learn
