WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will partner with the CFO and Global Operations leadership team to propose and define global programs, reporting to CFO. You will establish programs and systems within a high-growth organization. You will drive organization-wide impact.


RESPONSIBILITIES

You will need to identify areas of improvement, gaps in communication and overall opportunities for kaizen within the Global Operations with little direction. You will proactively propose initiatives/programs to support the CFO and Global Operations leadership team.


In addition to leading projects, the role includes:


Track and report yearly objectives' progress. In doing so you will anticipate and take action on risks and issues by partnering with the global leadership team:

・Define programs required to achieve the yearly objectives within Global Operations and with the other divisions of Woven by Toyota, such as Product & Technology and Woven City Management

・Identify the cross organizational or cross team topics to bring for discussion with the leadership team and facilitate the bi-weekly leadership meetings

・Build a solid network within Woven by Toyota to gather and share information relevant to the planning and prioritization of the work of Global Operations

・Prepare and accomplish the Global Operations quarterly all hands meeting


Build a culture of strong operational excellence:

・Ensure alignment with our business partners through communication in leading projects

・Define process improvements and related activities, working with the Global Operations leadership and their teams


Operational Excellence:

・Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve team performance

・Transform yet to be defined ideas into reality by proposing concrete plans for implementation


Program Management:

・Oversee strategic initiatives with skillful oversight and proactive decision-making

・Facilitate meetings and workshops with planning and coordination


Other CFO Office / Project Management Office related tasks including but not limited to the event planning and coordination



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated skills in program management, communication planning, and strategic planning within global organizations.
  • Excellent understanding of key professional areas managed by Global Operations.
  • Experience navigating and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven, successful experience in operational management.
  • A strong track record of delivering systems solutions that integrate both logical and physical elements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail.


NICE TO HAVES
  • 5+ years experience engaging with executives
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma are plus but not required
