We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is comprised of over 80 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.
Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on customer retention
Lead the CRM team, providing guidance, training, and support to mid and junior CRM managers
Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for engagement and retention in collaboration with the in-house data science team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies across the company
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Stay abreast of CRM trends and technologies, adopting best practices to continuously improve our CRM efforts
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
Strong communication skills, with experience in training and mentoring team members
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in CRM software and database management
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead projects to successful completion
