Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on customer retention

  • Lead the CRM team, providing guidance, training, and support to mid and junior CRM managers

  • Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for engagement and retention in collaboration with the in-house data science team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies across the company

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed

  • Stay abreast of CRM trends and technologies, adopting best practices to continuously improve our CRM efforts

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies

  • Strong communication skills, with experience in training and mentoring team members

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead projects to successful completion
