What Are We Looking For?

SentinelOne is seeking a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead a team of talented creatives and drive the visual and narrative aspects of our brand. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of creative production, including visual design, copywriting, video, web, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a natural creative with exceptional skills in visual design, storytelling, and campaign production, along with the organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities to bring complex ideas to life seamlessly.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead and mentor a team of creatives, fostering innovation and excellence in visual, narrative, and campaign design
  • Own the end-to-end creative process, from concept to execution, across multiple disciplines including brand, campaigns, and event branding
  • Develop conceptual pitch decks to present and sell ideas and concepts to stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Craft and oversee the production of campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and business objectives
  • Partner with social teams to elevate and innovate across our social media presence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to create cohesive, impactful creative deliverables
  • Elevate SentinelOne’s brand presence through exceptional storytelling, design, and campaign production
  • Build and manage strong relationships with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative projects
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Present concepts, ideas, and campaign plans to executive leadership, articulating creative vision and strategy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative approaches to the creative process

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director within an agency or tech industry
  • Proficiency in visual and brand design, including expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional copywriting and narrative development skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand and campaign stories
  • Deep expertise in campaign production, including video, digital, and print mediums
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication skills, fostering alignment across functions
  • Natural creative with a strong portfolio showcasing work across visual design, video, brand, and copy
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Design, Communications) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology industries is a strong plus

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

$172,500$259,000 USD
