Enterprise Risk Lead

As the Enterprise Risk Lead at Zip, your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing our Enterprise Risk Framework, collaborating with stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks, and conducting risk assessments. You will also be tasked with developing governance reporting for senior leadership and contributing to the refinement of Zip's US Risk Appetite Statement, all while promoting a proactive risk culture within the organization.

To qualify for the Enterprise Risk Lead position at Zip, candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, preferably within the financial services sector. A background in fintech or consumer banking is desirable. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, are essential for success in this role.

The Enterprise Risk Lead position at Zip is a remote-first role for U.S.-based employees. However, if you prefer an in-person environment, you also have the option to work out of our beautiful Manhattan office.
