I admire a collaborative and transparent working style from peers and leadership. When leaders and colleagues openly share their goals, challenges, and feedback, it fosters a sense of trust and alignment across the team. Itβs refreshing when everyone actively participates in problem-solving, whether it's through brainstorming sessions or regular check-ins, where ideas are valued regardless of rank.

I had a manager earlier in my career, that did a really good job of giving employees responsibilities that helped grow our careers and experiences, and wasnβt afraid to let us make mistakes for the sake of learning

I admire one of my peers who is incredible at setting boundaries within a work context. It's been eye opening to see them thrive in the environment they've designed for themselves and it's shown others that one can be successful whilst maintaining normal hours.
Accountability and teamwork are what I admire the most from a leader and a peer. If these colleagues have these characteristics that's I know the team can do wonders.

I admire the working style of my former manager (Wale Odunlami)- He led by example!
He was also a very dedicated and disciplined leader and I learnt a lot from him and was able to grow and thrive under his leadership
I admire my peers, who don't see remote working as an excuse not to expose you to growth and mentorship opportunities.

My manager tries his best to expose you to growth whenever you are around him by introducing you to materials to help in development. That i really admire and appreciate.

I love leadership that are willing to give people a chance, even if they may not meet all of the qualifications on paper. I have seen people excel in jobs they didnβt think they qualified for because they believed in themselves, and I wish more leaders had that same belief.

In working with different organizations, I always look up to leaders and colleagues who have the charisma to influence their constituents. Seniors and peers whom I admire because of their accountability to decide and take charge in tasks with high regard of empathy, ethics and creativity. :>
