Architectural Sales Representative

Job Overview:
 We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Architectural Sales Consultant with a proven track record in both outside and inside sales, and familiar with a showroom setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling natural stone, tile, and other building materials, with established relationships in the A and D (Architecture/Design) industry in the Houston area. This role involves client engagement through presentations, lunch and learns, Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and regular outreach to architects, designers, developers, and landscape architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead presentations and educational sessions (lunch and learns, CEUs) to engage architects, interior designers, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct daily outreach and sales calls to establish and maintain relationships with clients, including architects, designers, custom builders, and landscape architects.
  • Provide creative solutions and expert advice in selecting luxury architectural stone, tile, and other premium products.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through client outreach and build long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Accurately enter orders and manage client requests in a timely and organized manner.
  • Represent the company in industry events and associations, networking with professionals to expand the company's market presence.

Compensation:

  • 60K to 65K DOE Base salary plus commission and bonus earning potential.
  • Car Allowance

  • Proven success in sales, preferably within the natural stone, tile, or building materials industry.
