2023 Canon Insights Summer Internship

We are looking for passionate and experienced students to join the Canon USA team for our 2023 Canon Insights Summer Internship Program, a paid 10-week experience based in our Melville, New York Headquarters. The program will be held from June 5, 2023 - August 11, 2023.

What You’ll Do:

- You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significant work projects that help you learn, develop business skills, and provide a meaningful contribution to Canon's business and goals.

- You’ll come into the office 4 out of 5 days a week (Monday – Thursday) on a full-time (9 AM – 5 PM) schedule based on a 35-hour work week. Fridays are reserved for off-site activities or remote work.

- You will be exposed to world-class teams and our business, marketing, and strategy initiatives through training, meetings, presentations, and other activities.

- You’ll gain marketable skills and knowledge that you’ll need in transitioning into the workforce.

Who You Are:

- A current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as of the Summer 2023, enrolled in a related major in the department of interest.

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Team player and work independently.

Responsibilities

2023 Canon Insights Summer Internship – The ITCG Marketing Process, Operations and Analytics & CX Management Intern will be responsible for participating in the following projects:

- Help support key marketing channels such as Paid Search, Affiliate and Connected TV.

- Provide support for Canon eComm site UI/UX, which includes enhancement tracking and testing.

- Support Market Research Team with Surveys & various research projects.

- Assist with email planning such as copy, layout and look/feel.

- Help with light web design such as product resizing projects (size, angle, etc.) or photo editing.

- Collaborate on photo shoots for various promotions and holiday marketing.

Qualifications

A current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as of the Summer 2023, enrolled in a related major in the department of interest. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Team player and work independently.

- Marketing major preferred

- Detail oriented, multi-tasker, creative mind-set and highly organized

- Interest in photography is a plus
