The Presales Proposal Specialist role is designed to support the Presales Office in defining, articulating, and documenting our IT services and solutions for new clients, in tenders, RFx, binding (IA contracts), and non-binding proposals.

Responsibilities 

  • Client-Centric Proposals -> Develop compelling and professional client proposals in response to offer requests and RFxs. Tailor documentation to address specific client needs and industry nuances.
  • Opportunity Qualification -> Collaborate with the Sales team to assess new opportunities, gathering relevant details and aligning them with Accesa's service capabilities.
  • Knowledge Management -> Leverage the Accesa's services catalog, case studies, certifications, and past performance data to enrich proposal content and ensure consistency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement -> Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Tribe Leads, CTO, and other functions, to gather insights on team capacity and expertise for proposal inclusion.
  • Process Adherence -> Ensure all proposals meet legal, compliance, and internal approval standards, and align with the organization's commercial strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement -> Identify and report inefficiencies in proposal tools and processes, driving improvements in certification trackers, sales materials, and proposal templates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related IT sector.
  • 5+ years of experience in a bid/proposal management role, sales support, or client facing responsibilities in IT field.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships across organizational levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Strong presentation skills, confident in engaging with stakeholders, including CxOs and executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German, Swedish are a plus).
