Director, FP&A

As Director, FP&A you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and growth at ActiveCampaign. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and analytical finance professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment. What your day could consist of:
  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to support the company’s growth
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the CRO, CMO, and other executive team members and help guide them through key business decisions. 
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to promote their growth and development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the company’s financial performance.


What is needed:
  • 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with a focus on topline growth.
  • 6+ years of people management experience, including leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to understand and proactively communicate the financial implications of business decisions and evolving market dynamics.
  • Extensive experience preparing and presenting financial analyses, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to executives and senior-level stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying intellectual curiosity to uncover insights and develop innovative solutions that deliver differentiated results.
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and concise recommendations.
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and communicate overarching trends and strategic opportunities to senior management.


$169,600 - $233,200 a year
Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base rate only and do not include bonus, equity, sales incentives, or other role specific compensation that the role may be eligible for.
