In this position, you will lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, all aimed at supporting key decisions that drive business growth. Your role will involve developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with our overall company objectives, as well as monitoring financial performance and delivering insights that help shape our future. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities, while acting as a strategic advisor to our executive team. Furthermore, you'll manage a talented team of finance professionals, guiding their growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What we are looking for is someone with over 12 years of financial planning and analysis experience and at least 6 years in people management. You should have a proven track record of communicating financial implications effectively to executives and an exceptional analytical mindset.
