As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Ops Forecasting team, you will drives excellence, efficiency, and insight of global/sector FP&A practices by leveraging SigniFi technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and deep model and process knowledge to establish a centralized framework that ensures standardized processes, fosters best practices, drives continuous improvement and enables consistent financial decision-making across the organization. A successful SFA will come to deeply understand J&J’s business & operating model and leverage those insights to influence & shape the future & culture of J&J Finance. In addition to this the role will be key in leading the Ops Forecasting innovation process in financial planning and reporting and accelerate our journey to digital upskilling.
You will be responsible for:
• Driving Innovation:
• Driving the Ops Forecasting Innovation process to identify and deliver value adding Gross Profit planning and forecasting solutions to the finance teams as well as improve the overall user experience.
• Implementing best in class financial data management, technology, and process tools in support of both Finance & Commercial organizations
• Owning & driving model stability, improving the baseline validations approach and driving solutions for identified risks and open issues with a sense of urgency whilst considering the “bigger picture”
• Influencing & Shaping:
• Driving adoption of J&J’s “New Ways of Working” operating model, leveraging both newly developed technology & global processes to enhance & improve existing Financial cycles
• Support the business through continuous improvements in the core planning tools, owning potential improvements and driving them from proposal to implementation, including training and communication coordination and execution
• Becoming a trusted, go-to business partner the GP models not only within the FS&T organization, but also within the business
• Business Partnering:
• Leveraging key experience & insights with cross-functional and global organizations to drive efficiencies, standardization, & technological adoption
• Leading business partners through dynamic changes, collaborating across the organization to deliver enhanced reporting & analytical tools.
• Establish communication flow between the program squads to manage upcoming changes and proactively and transparently communicate changes and business insights

Qualifications:
• Required
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in finance, accounting, or related business
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive finance, accounting, or business experience is required
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a global, matrixed team environment required
• Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity, and drive aligned outcomes is required
• Up to 10% travel is required
• Preferred but not essential
• MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other advanced degrees or financial certifications
• Previous finance transformation experience/exposure
• Experience with Analysis for Office, Anaplan, or other digital skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
The base pay range for this position is $88,000 - $142,600 USD
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
