Job Title: HR Generalist/ HRBPLocation (city, state): Gurnee, ILIndustry: ManufacturingPay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)About Our Client:Our client is a well-established manufacturing company seeking an HR Generalist to provide expert HR support. This role involves handling a range of HR functions, including employee relations and policy administration, in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.Job Description:The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing employee relations, supporting performance management, and overseeing various HR processes. The role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and experience with complex employee relations issues.Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary HR contact for designated client groups, addressing inquiries and resolving employee relations issues.• Collaborate with leadership to support performance management and talent development initiatives.• Partner with talent acquisition to manage the recruitment process from interviewing to onboarding.• Enhance employee morale and productivity through effective relationship building and engagement strategies.• Address and resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations.• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide guidance on HR policies.• Lead employee engagement activities and participate in HR improvement projects.Qualifications:• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing sector.• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (flexible for the right candidate).• Proficiency with any HRIS system (experience with ADP is a plus).• Bilingual in Spanish is required.• Demonstrated experience handling complex employee relations matters.Perks:• PTO: 17 days + 5 sick days• Competitive salary with bonus potential• Opportunity to work in a growth-oriented company with a focus on employee developmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
