  • Extensive experience (10 years+) and technical knowledge in project management within the built environment or construction industry.
  • Experience leading projects and client relationships with executive support – self-directed and experienced in project delivery.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple or major projects, workstreams, clients and stakeholders.
  • Inclusive leadership skills and relationship management expertise.
  • Proven work winning experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong internal team leadership skills and ability to bring large internal teams together.
  • Well-developed client account management skills and bring an established network of clients and consultants in the local market.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services, and comfortable in the role of lead consultant.

  • Ability to support the development of colleagues, particularly towards professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM).

If you meet some, but not all, of the requirements above or have transferable skills you believe would benefit us, we would still be delighted to hear from you.
