Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, to join our Urbanism + Planning team, based in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-contract phase of large-scale masterplanning, Landscape and Urban Planning projects, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the pre-contract phase of masterplanning projects, from concept development to contract finalization
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
Oversee the preparation of pre-contract documentation, including feasibility studies, design briefs, and tender documents
Analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and project strategy
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainable development practices
Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders
Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
Present project updates and recommendations to senior management and clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on masterplanning / urban planning and landscape projects
Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale development projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Expertise in masterplanning concepts, techniques, and pre-contract documentation
