Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects in collaboration with Aiimi’s in-house team. You will manage projects through all phases, from planning and resource allocation to delivery and reporting, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client goals.

Your role will focus on achieving critical success factors, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and managing budgets, risks, and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget, driving business transformation, and aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives.

A day in the life of an Aiimi Project Manager:

  • Identify critical success factors for project outcomes and ensure their achievement through the project lifecycle, delivering high-quality results.
  • Plan, monitor, and control multiple projects, leading Aiimi teams through all project lifecycle phases.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, including resource and cost estimates.
  • Track project performance, including revenue forecasts, and ensure internal financial processes are executed accurately.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and manage team expectations.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality deliverables that meet project goals and internal standards.
  • Proactively identify and manage project issues and risks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Optimise resource allocation and usage across projects.
  • Implement effective change control and configuration management processes.
  • Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Extensive experience in delivering IT projects, some of which have involved significant business process change.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully leading and delivering on multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue / making cost savings through the delivery of projects to an end client both on time and within budget.
  • Production of project reports and lessons learned reports.
  • Skilled in managing a P&L effectively whilst delivering on multiple client commitments.
  • Experience in translating business drivers into technology roadmaps that deliver effective change for our clients.
  • Knowledgeable in the commercial aspects of delivering projects for external customers.
  • 25 Days holiday (excluding bank holidays) – increasing by a day every 2 years
