About the Role:


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Field Marketing Director to lead our field marketing efforts across EMEA, North America (NA), Latin America (LATAM), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). This is a high-impact role requiring a marketing leader with experience in driving demand, enhancing brand visibility, and enabling sales teams to exceed pipeline and revenue goals across diverse global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of regional marketing nuances, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in planning and executing multi-regional field marketing strategies.


This is a hybrid role based in Seattle.


Responsibilities:
  • Global Field Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive global field marketing strategy tailored to regional nuances and aligned with corporate objectives. Partner with regional sales leaders to ensure field marketing efforts drive pipeline, revenue, and market penetration.
  • Regional Campaign Development:
  • Design and oversee the execution of localized global campaigns, events, and programs across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Align programs with regional buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Sales Enablement & Alignment:
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that support account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Provide ongoing sales enablement, access to content, and training.
  • Event Management:
  • Lead strategy and execution for in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and partner events.
  • Maximize event ROI through pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of regional field marketers.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented team culture.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing programs.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns and justify marketing investments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Brand/Content teams to align messaging and strategy globally.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and industry partners.


Key Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in field marketing, ideally in a global or regional capacity.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS, B2B technology environment.
  • Leadership:
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams across geographies.
  • Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in planning and executing integrated campaigns and ABM strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tool, Marketo and CRM platform, Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Global Perspective:
  • Deep understanding of cultural, business, and regulatory differences across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Experience localizing campaigns for diverse audiences
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

$175,000 - $200,000 a year
This is not including a bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location and experience.
