Senior Sales Enablement Manager (f/m/d)

As we continue to grow and lead in the field of AI, we are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of impactful learning programs for our customer-facing teams. 

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive our learning and development initiatives. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing stakeholders, driving program success, and leveraging modern learning technologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences. 

This role can be based in Berlin, Heidelberg, or Munich with a hybrid working model.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Learning & Development Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan tailored to customer-facing roles within the company. 

  • E-Learning Design: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, digital content, and virtual training solutions to support diverse learning needs of sales related roles. 

  • Curriculum Design: Create and maintain a robust curriculum that addresses key competencies and evolving industry trends for the area of AI, customer-facing roles 

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. 

  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design and learning experience design principles to create engaging and effective learning materials. 

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar  

  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS and CMS platforms. (DOCEBO, TicTac, Articulate (Rise)) 

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on technical training and customer-facing roles. 

  • Expertise in e-learning design, development, and implementation. 

  • Demonstrated ability in curriculum design, project management, and stakeholder management. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to drive change and innovation in learning and development practices.
