Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive understanding of our assigned accounts and their business challenges, helping to maximize sales opportunities through a consultative approach. You'll be using CRM software to maintain accurate records and effectively communicate with our customers, providing timely information and pricing details. With at least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment, you will need to possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable interpreting technical drawings and measurements. Additionally, you'll become a vital link between our clients and our engineering team to enhance product design and functionality.
