Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
