We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our Miami, FL team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data and providing support to our customer service operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling customer inquiries and processing data.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and provide product/service information

  • Maintain records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or follow up on pending issues

  • Perform general administrative tasks as required
