Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Service Communications Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. The successful candidate will support the service team by managing internal and external communications, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring that all messaging aligns with the company's standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and distribution of internal service updates and external client communications
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Maintain records of communication and track service issues for follow-up
Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
Coordinate communication between departments to support smooth service delivery
Prepare reports and documentation as needed for communication tracking

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1-2 years of experience in a communications or customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
