Marketing Manager (Ant1 MediaLab)

Antenna Group is a leading international content, media and entertainment organization, owning and operating a diverse portfolio of global media assets across a variety of platforms: Television, Pay TV, OTT, Radio, Cinema Exhibition, Digital, Music, Publishing and Education, throughout Europe, North America and Australia. Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position:

Marketing Manager (Ant1 MediaLab)

Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing efforts in student recruitment and admissions. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract prospective students, enhance our brand presence, and meet enrollment goals. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and analytics to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Organize and execute a sales strategy tailored for student recruitment.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies to support student recruitment and meet admissions goals. Lead the planning and execution of campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising) to engage prospective students.
  • Website Management: Ensure the college website is current, SEO-optimized, and provides a great user experience.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content like blog posts, videos, graphics, and student testimonials to attract potential students.
  • Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote recruitment events (open houses, campus tours, webinars) to ensure high attendance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to track and optimize website, social media, and campaign performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent brand message and visual identity.
  • Collaboration with External Partners: Manage relationships with vendors such as designers, developers, and advertising agencies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on trends in higher education marketing and apply innovative strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or student recruitment
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS) with a focus on UX and SEO
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Experience with graphic design, video production, or marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)
