As a Business Development IV, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing profitable customer relationships.Some of your key responsibilities will include:• Working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth• Negotiating agreements with customers, including joint development agreements (JDAs) and sales agreements• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes and strategies• Defining and implementing methods and analytical techniques to support worldwide business developmentTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in a related field. You should also possess strong technical expertise and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.We offer a competitive salary range of $152,000 - $208,500 per year, based on factors such as location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, bonus opportunities, and a stock award program for eligible employees.
