Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role is designed for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about driving brand awareness, enhancing sales efforts, and engaging target audiences. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing efforts by developing impactful materials, executing strategic communication initiatives, and enhancing brand presence.


This role provides a unique opportunity to drive business growth, support lead generation, and enhance client engagement while ensuring brand consistency across all communications.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Develop impactful presentations, proposals, and sales collateral to support the sales team
  • Assist in developing and refining training materials and presentations to enhance employee knowledge and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines, directly supporting sales initiatives

Brand Management & Marketing Project Coordination:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all marketing and sales materials
  • Support marketing projects, including newsletters, graphics, and promotional content, to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
  • Support rebranding initiatives and rollout strategies

  

Administrative & Vendor Relations:

  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing and branding efforts
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing projects and events

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint & Excel) and ability to create polished presentations
  • Graphic design background preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe products and basic video editing skills are a plus
