Job Title: Associate Operations CoordinatorJob DescriptionAs an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will focus on quality and efficiency to execute one or more tasks according to office and company policies and standard operating procedures. Your main duties will include providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing. You will monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests and document events using knowledge gained through SOPs and experience.
