Job Title: Junior BuyerJob DescriptionComplete administrative tasks and projects as requested to support management staff, performing with minimum supervision.Process invoices by preparing vouchers and ensuring the accuracy of amounts by matching purchase orders and quotes.Obtain necessary approvals and forward to A/P. Maintain users lists for all vendors.Handle all inquiries from the field, providing guidance and direction as needed.Maintain files and databases.Perform various administrative functions, including handling mail, faxes, and telephone calls.Assist with other duties as assigned by management.Hard Skills• 1+ years of experience with MS Word and Excel (do not need advanced skills)• Experience communicating with vendors or other internal teams• Experience with either purchasing or data entrySoft Skills• Ability to work with minimum supervision• Strong communication skills• Attention to detailJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Parsippany, New Jersey and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThis position will go onsite 2 or 3 days a week during the first month for training. After training, they are in the office on Thursdays only. Hours: 8am-5pm.
