Senior Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our partnered clients and companies. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and communications.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist in event planning and execution for executive-level meetings and corporate events.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM tools, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Previous experience working with US-based clients/companies or a startup is a plus.
