Salesforce Business Analyst

Aviture isseeking an experienced, highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to help us deliver scalable, secure, robust solutions using the Salesforce platform. This role will play a critical part in driving business solutions, optimizing Salesforce capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

We’re looking for Salesforce Business Analyst ready to create a positive impact. In this role, you will…

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain points. 
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical Salesforce solutions. 
  • Document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design and implement system enhancements. 
  • Support data migration, system integrations, and custom development efforts. 
  • Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing system support. 
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with best practices and compliance requirements. 
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success. 
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to Salesforce capabilities and business processes. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, human centered design, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role. 
  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. 
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and change management
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex Salesforce implementations
  • Knowledge of APIs, data structures, and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with third-party Salesforce apps and tools
  • Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and automation solutions
  • Active DoD approved IAT Level 2 Certification is preferred
